How is this different from just using ChatGPT?

Context. A general chatbot knows turf in general; Bingo knows your course — your products, your areas, your board, your budget, your documents. When you ask whether you are covered for the disease window this weekend, it checks your actual applications and the residual-protection clock, not a generic answer.

It also acts, not just answers: it can put the assignments on the board, attach the SDS it found, and file the invoice it processed.

What are Bingo Credits?

Bingo Credits are the daily allowance of AI messages per plan, because AI costs real money to run. Crew gets 3 credits a day, Superintendent gets 75 a day, and Club is unlimited. A credit is one message to Bingo; the counter resets daily.

What will Bingo not do?

It will not invent a product document it cannot find — unverifiable labels and SDS sheets get flagged for you, not guessed. It will not change wages, billing, security settings, or delete anything by chat. And it says when it does not know rather than bluffing — an assistant that makes up an application rate is worse than no assistant.

Which plans include Bingo?
