Plans and pricing
Three plans: Crew (free forever), Superintendent ($3,499/year or $324/month billed monthly, plus $1,500 one-time setup), and Club ($4,899/year or $454/month billed monthly, plus $2,000 one-time setup). Annual billing saves about 10%, and the setup fee is waived when you subscribe during the trial. Full details on the pricing page.
The trial and Orientation
Every new course starts on a 10-day Club trial with every feature on — no card required. Schedule your Orientation and we add your data, customize your page, and extend the trial to 60 days. When the trial ends you keep the free Crew plan; nothing is deleted.
Frequently asked questions
Is the Crew plan really free?
Yes — free forever, no card required. It includes the live job board, public TV display, drag-and-drop assignments, applications log, inventory, budget tracking, and daily hole locations.
What does Superintendent add?
Two-way SMS with the crew, photos everywhere, agronomy tracking and GDD, Bingo Build Day/Week, product tools with automatic label and SDS finding, the residual-protection clock, PULA alerts, integrations, and 14-day hole locations with slope maps.
What does Club add?
Multi-course operations, AI invoice processing by email, statement reconciliation, AI budget predictions and executive summaries, AI disease forecasting, unlimited Bingo Credits, 30-day hole locations with the golfer app and embed, the executive view, and your own branded login page.
How does billing work?
Pay monthly or annually by credit card, or request an annual invoice with net-30 terms. Annual plans save about 10% and auto-renew with a reminder 30 days before renewal.
What does the setup fee cover?
One-time. We map your greens for hole locations, load your course, staff and areas, and walk you through the first week. It is waived if you subscribe during the trial or have subscribed before.
How long is the trial?
10 days on the full Club plan, no card required. Schedule your Orientation and it extends to 60 days.
What is Orientation?
A setup meeting with us: we add your data, customize your page, and get you running. It extends your trial to 60 days.
What happens when the trial ends?
You drop to the free Crew plan. Your data stays; the paid features turn off. Subscribe before the trial ends and the setup fee is waived.
Does the crew need logins to see the board?
No. The public TV board and the crew phone view need no individual logins.
What do I need for the TV board?
Any smart TV or an inexpensive streaming stick with a browser. Open the board address and it runs full screen.
Can Bingo build my schedule?
Yes — Build Day and Build Week draft the board from your task list and available staff on Superintendent and Club.
What are Bingo Credits?
The daily allowance of AI messages: 3 a day on Crew, 75 a day on Superintendent, unlimited on Club. The counter resets daily.
Can Bingo identify diseases from photos?
Yes, on Superintendent and Club, checked against verified reference photos.
How far ahead can I plan hole locations?
Daily on Crew, 14 days on Superintendent, 30 days on Club — with slope maps on the paid plans.
Can golfers see the pin sheet?
Every plan prints the pin sheet. Club adds a golfer pin-sheet app and an embed for your club website.
Does GPS pin placement need special hardware?
No — it runs on a phone in the TurfDog app.
What application records does TurfDog keep?
Products, rates, tank mixes, areas, costs, GDD, and weather — with automatic inventory drawdown and budget coding.
How do labels and SDS sheets get into the system?
Bingo finds them automatically when you add a product, and every course gets a public SDS page. Anything unverifiable is flagged, not guessed.
How does AI invoice processing work?
On Club, email an invoice in and Bingo codes it to the budget, watermarks it, and routes it for approval — payable from TurfDog.

Is there an app?
Yes — iOS and Android apps, plus the full web version on phone, tablet, desktop, and TV.
What integrations exist?
SpecConnect, Spiio, POGO, Perry Weather, Strackaline greens, and Google/Outlook/Apple calendar sync, on Superintendent and Club.
Can I export my data?
Yes — Excel/CSV export on every plan, including free. Your data is yours.
How do I cancel?
From Admin → My Subscription. Paid features run to the end of the term, then you keep the free Crew plan and your data.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade any time from Admin → My Subscription; downgrades take effect at renewal.
